- Authentic Penthouse Living: This unit is located on the 4th floor. There is no elevator, but the views from the top are worth every step.
- Beach Preparedness: We provide fresh bath towels; please remember to bring your own beach towels for your adventures.
- Safety First: The waves at our complex’s private beach are powerful and raw—breathtaking to watch, but we recommend swimming at the protected "Pocita" at Jobos or Montones nearby.
- Island Mobility: We have a 7-passenger Nissan Pathfinder SUV available for rent ($120/day) to help you explore the island in comfort. Please inquire for availability!
Fourth-Floor Views: This unit is on the 4th floor. There is no elevator, which guarantees better ocean breezes and a peaceful atmosphere.
Beach Ready: We provide bath towels; please bring your own beach towels for the pool and shore.

Questions we usually get from guests
In which floor is it and does it have elevator?
The property is located on the 4th floor (the penthouse), and unfortunately, the building does not have an elevator. Since it is a smaller, low-rise building, the unit is accessible by stairs only."
Can you see the beach from the property?
Yes! You can see the beach from both terraces, though it is a bit in the distance.
From the first terrace, you look over the swimming pool toward the beach behind it. From the second terrace, you get a clearer view of the ocean. Feel free to check out our photos to see exactly what the view looks like!
Are early check-in or late check-out available?
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed if another guest is arriving or departing the same day.
If available, we offer the following options:
- Early Check-in: 2:00 PM ($25) or 1:00 PM ($50)
- Late Check-out: 12:00 PM ($25) or 1:00 PM ($50)

Do you provide parking for multiple cars?
Due to condominium rules, we are only able to provide one designated parking spot per unit.
If your group is arriving in multiple vehicles, any additional cars can be parked on C. Monte de Oca street, which is just next to the complex (about a 5-minute walk).
⚠️ Important Note: Please make sure not to park overnight in the food truck parking lot next to the gas station, as they strictly enforce towing.
What are the pool opening hours?
The following are the pool opening hours:
- Mon & Fri (Maintenance Days): 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat, Sun: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
However, if some extra maintenance window is scheduled for any reason, we would communicate accordingly.
Is the pool shared with the condominium or private to the unit?
The swimming pool is shared among all units in the condominium. However, it is rarely crowded—typically, there are only about 0 to 10 people using it at any given time throughout the day
Do you provide Washer & Dryer?
Yes! We do provide a washer and dryer in the laundry area. Please note that this laundry area is shared between our two rental units.
Do you provide transportation to/from the airport?
If you need it, we could provide transfers to/from the airport at $30/trip.
Also, public transportation is limited in Isabela. We have a Nissan Pathfinder (seats 7) available for rent at $100/day. Please contact us if you are interested.
Do you provide beach towels and beach chairs?
We provide beach chairs and cooler in the laundry area, available for your enjoyment!
However, we do not provide beach towels. We kindly ask that you bring your own or purchase them locally. We used to provide them in the past but they got damaged after every guest that became very expensive to keep that option.
Do you have power generator?
Unfortunately we do not have power generator. However, we do provide emergency flash lights and lamps in the unit just in case.
To help you stay prepared we provide a link to real-time updates in the Guest Area to scheduled repair notices and service interruptions coming from our electricity provider.
Do you allow pets?
Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets on the property due to strict condominium regulations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Are visitors allowed during the stay?
Unfortunately, no outside visitors are allowed.
Due to strict condominium regulations, only the guests who are officially registered on the reservation and staying overnight are permitted on the property. The condominium security at the front gate will not grant access to any unregistered visitors.
